1-2-1 Mentoring

Feeling like you are floundering and alone following a qualification is completely normal and sadly quite common.

Having the support of someone who understands the challenges and can provide clear and concise information and case studies to move you forward, is the fastest way to get where you want to be.

I don’t have a magical pill that will allow you to just know about every injury, the anatomy involved and exactly what to do about it.

BUT What Is do have is year of experience and expertise, to help you build confidence and work seamlessly with clients.

I have been lucky enough to have some amazing mentors and coaches through my career and it has been through this support that I have been held accountable, joined the dots and grown into the instructor trainer I am and therefore am able to help others.

To date, I’ve supported hundreds of Pilates instructors – from those who are completely new to anatomy, physiology and human movement, to those wanting to define and grow into specialist areas.

I CURRENTLY WORK WITH A HANDFUL OF ONE-ON-ONE CLIENTS TO PROVIDE DEEPER INSIGHT INTO:

Human Anatomy and Physiology

Injuries and Rehabilitation

Where to focus your time, energy, resources and study tools, in        order to get results faster

your thoughts and ideas into training and treating clients with the   underpinning of strong scientific foundations
