That’s why so many people feel like they’re doing everything ‘right’, yet still struggle with pain, plateaus, or a body that doesn’t respond the way it used to.

I look at the whole picture: posture, history, lifestyle, and how your body actually responds to training. Every session is personalised, informed by science, and designed to meet your goals.

I work with a limited number of private clients to ensure a high level of attention and care.
