Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Victoria Roper Pilates is based in Dubai, UAE.

1. Overview

This policy applies to all services purchased through Victoria Roper Pilates, including online programmes, workshops, private sessions, and in-person events. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2. Your Consumer Rights

Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a purchase made online within 5 business days, provided the service has not been used or digital content has not been accessed. To exercise this right, contact us in writing within this period.

3. General Policy

Beyond the statutory cooling-off period above, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In exceptional circumstances, we may at our discretion offer credit towards an alternative service or an alternative date. Any such credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months.

4. Digital Content

Once digital content has been accessed, no refund or credit will be issued. By accessing the content, you consent to waiving the cooling-off period. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Provider

If Victoria Roper Pilates needs to cancel or reschedule a session or event, we will offer an alternative date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, credit to the value of your original purchase will be issued towards any other service. Credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a refund request, email us with "Complaint" in the subject line. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the UAE Department of Economic Development (DED) Consumer Protection Division.
